Domestic violence in our country has become a serious issue and one that takes a thorough understanding of what to expect when taking a call or dealing with a victim. Knowing what victims go through during this type of event, how reports may be received, and how information should be collected will reduce confusion and increase knowledge of responders and telecommunicators. This seminar dives into the world of domestic violence, how to deal with victims, gathering information, and providing support.

- Information gathering and interrogating callers
- Dealing with victims of domestic violence
- Understand domestic violence and abuse
