Leaders and managers think and operate differently. Organizations need both leaders and managers to guarantee success and accomplish long term goals. This seminar defines the difference between managers and leaders, how to develop strong leaders in your agency, knowing who will make a great manager or leader, and how to utilize each person effectively.
Course topics include: understanding the difference between managers and leaders, who will make good managers and who will make successful leaders, developing leadership values in your organization, and when to engage each role to guarantee success.
