It is common that leaders will be judged by their worst days rather than their best. Understanding how you effect change, utilize relationships, manage staff, and communicate during a crisis will define your leadership capabilities. This seminar will build those qualities you need to be a strong leader during a crisis and come out on top.
Course topics include: understanding the crisis from a leadership role, managing expectations, utilizing relationships, decision-making and when to act, demonstrating control, information sharing, and communicating with staff.
