Working in public safety, your staff must learn to relay information in a productive yet minimal way, ensuring the message is received appropriately and timely. Learn how to become an excellent communicator and get your message across to your staff. This seminar focuses on building communication and writing skills. We also include a writing workshop to help build those necessary skills required to succeed and communicate.
Course topics include: understanding the types of communication, active listening, effective communication skills, developing a message and getting your message across to your staff, non-verbal communication methods, and writing effectively.
