The measure of a leader is often tested during a crisis. Leaders hold an important role during a crisis or major incident. It is common that leaders will be judged by their worst days rather than their best. Understanding how you effect change, utilize relationships, manage staff, and communicate during a crisis will define your leadership capabilities. This seminar will build those qualities you need to be a strong leader during a crisis and come out on top.
Course topics include: understanding the crisis from a leadership role, managing expectations, utilizing relationships, decision-making and when to act, demonstrating control, information sharing, and communicating with staff.
