Our organization was founded in Massachusetts by Charles Goodwin, a training coordinator for a local police department, who recognized the need for better training and services for agencies across the country.
Our goal is to ensure your agency has the training and services it needs to better serve your community and customers.
To do that, we have developed courses on topics not covered by many other training organizations. We combine these relevant topics with strong research to provide dynamic presentations.
Additionally, we understand you have other needs to meet your goals. We provide consultations on training programs, policy development, and hiring practices to ensure you can continue your daily operations! We also offer Quality Assurance services and Facility Services through our trusted partners.

Owner / Content Developer
Charles is a Training Coordinator and Supervisor for a 9-1-1 Communication Center in Central Massachusetts. He is certified in various elements of emergency communications, emergency management, and public safety. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, a Master of Business specializing in Public Administration, and is currently working towards his Ph.D in Psychology. He is a graduate of the CCM program offered by Fitch & Associates, the RPL program offered by APCO Intl., and the CMCP program offered by NENA.
